There are also lessons for mobile developers. For example, shoppers have a 20x preference for the web over mobile apps. I suspect this is less about preference and more about necessity and habit because there are currently relatively few apps that allow direct browsing, purchasing and payment of non virtual goods. I can see that is going to change.
