I have previously posted some technical requirements that tend to get missed on mobile projects. However, it’s usually the business side rather than the technical that causes a project to fail.
I have worked on so many mobile projects that I am starting to see patterns in successful and unsuccessful projects. Over the next few weeks I will be posting what I think are some success and failure factors for mobile projects. Most are business factors but some also relate to technical aspects. Some of the issues will seem obvious, especially in hindsight. However, people starting a mobile project often ignore the obvious when embarking on an exciting or (to some) stressful new venture.
