Steep Future Smartphone Market Share Gains
Related to my In-Stat post last week, Juniper also predict today that smartphones will see healthy sales in the coming years.
- 23% of all new handsets sold per annum by 2013
- By 2013, annual smartphone sales will reach around 300 million
These are substantial gains compared to today’s sales. The big question for developers is whether one (or two) platforms will take the majority market share or whether the market will remain diversified.
