Trac
On just about every mobile (and non-mobile) project I have worked on I have found people end up asking the same questions again and again. Some questions are related to development while others revolve around how to setup, install, use and support your particular mobile application.
It’s for this reason I believe every project should have some sort of Wiki, portal or web site - call it whatever you like. My favourite is Trac, an open source Wiki that also dovetails well with version control systems. It also provides a rudimentary yet capable defect tracking system.
If you don’t have the skills or inclination to set it up (on Linux) then I recommend hosted-projects.com. You can set up a new project, including SVN, very quickly and at very little cost. In fact, you can try it free for a short while before you pay. Michael Goettsche (in Germany) looks after the site and provides speedy support should you need any help.
